April 2020,

I decided to publish the BMS 4526 on its own page even if some measurement are published as comparison elsewhere on this site.

Measurement are taken at 40 centimetres from the front of the horn (4x the distance of the horn diameter, so it is considered far field)

Horn is a Custom 0.63" throat, 2000 Hz Fc,  Jean Michel Le Cleac'h.

Measurement are gated at 3ms.

I had this horn built with the intend of using a crossover point of 3000 Hz. (I know BMS allow a 1200 Hz crossover point but they are just crazy!!!)

Picture of the horn and measurement setup.

Remember, I have a French mother tongue, doing my best to express myself in the Shakespeare language.

Thanks to a friend, Bevis, most of my website has been corrected for proper English grammar, much easier read now :)

Update May 2024: this website won't be updated for a while as WIX decided to max storage capacity at 500 Mb unless you pay a monthy fee to obtain more storage (the site is already at 2.4 Go).

I may merge the site to another server or find a solution but in the meantime, I can't add anything but text, Sorry
